What’s New: Unified In-App Charging

Your Genesis Intelligent Assistant App is now your central command hub for public EV charging across North America.

By simply linking an existing ChargePoint account—or creating a new one directly inside the app—you unlock unified access to major public charging networks without ever needing to open a secondary app.

Supported networks include:

• ChargePoint
• FLO
• Circuit Électrique
• Tesla Superchargers (for supported models)

• Seamless Navigation: Locate available fast chargers near Ajax, Durham Region, or along your travel route, check real-time stall availability, and send directions straight to your Genesis infotainment system.
• One-Tap Activation: Start and stop charging sessions with a single tap inside your Genesis app—no physical cards or external network apps required.
• Live Session Monitoring: Track your state-of-charge percentage, real-time charging speeds, and estimated completion times from your smartphone or smartwatch while enjoying a meal or coffee.
• Integrated Payments: Process all public charging fees securely through ChargePoint's payment gateway integrated within the app, keeping your EV receipts consolidated in one clean location.

Complimentary NACS Adapter Program

To further expand your charging options, Genesis Canada has introduced a complimentary North American Charging Standard (NACS) adapter program for eligible CCS-equipped vehicles delivered before December 31, 2025.

Having an NACS adapter allows you to access thousands of additional fast-charging locations across North America, including the Tesla Supercharger network.

How to claim your complimentary adapter: Simply schedule an "EV Special Care" check-up with our service team here at Genesis Ajax, and ensure your Genesis Intelligent Assistant App is registered and updated with In-App Charging enabled.
